Owning a residential Viking range for many years gave me confidence that the commercial product would be even better. So far that's been proven in our use of the ranges. Even as new as the product is, being the first installation of the equipment, the follow-up and the working relationship has been great.

What's your opinion on the kitchen of the future?
The future will bring more importance to efficiency and durability. People are going to be purchasing equipment that's going to be easy to maintain and hold up over many years. It's a big investment – people are going to be more and more conscience of how they spend their money.
