Benu
Chef Corey Lee, a James Beard award winner who has worked at seven Michelin 3-star restaurants including The French Laundry, opened his first restaurant, Benu, in the heart of San Francisco in August 2010. The kitchen design was a collaboration between Timothy Harrison of Harrison, Koellner, LLC; Viking Commercial; and Chef Lee himself.
Products installed: Custom island suite and lineup consisting of one-piece stainless steel top, sealed burners, French tops, electric hot plates, standard and convection ovens, and heated plate cabinet.
