Timothy Harrison
Timothy Harrison, Partner & Principal Designer of Harrison, Koellner, LLC, with a university degree in Fine Arts (BA/BS) and Architecture, began his direct design practice in association with R.F. Baldauf and Leo Koellner in May of 1993 following a six-month sabbatical in France. This initially loose collaboration developed into the formation of Harrison, Koellner, LLC.
Tim works primarily with the Chef/Owners in the development of the Conceptual and Schematic Designs, addressing special requirements and spatial demands, and the final fit and finish of the kitchen. Tim has also been a primary motivator of new product designs in association with a number of major manufacturers, creating new products to address the unique demands of a project.
Tim has been the principal designer for The French Laundry, Bouchon Yountville (renovation), Bouchon Las Vegas, Bouchon Bakery Yountville, Bouchon Bakery/Café New York, PerSe, and Bouchon Beverly Hills for Thomas Keller. Tim has also been the principal designer on projects with Alain Ducasse (Mix at the Beach), Gary Danko, Laurent Gras (L2O), Nancy Oakes (Prospect), Richard Reddington (REDD), Michel Richard (Citronelle), Corey Lee (BENU), and is currently completing designs for the renovation of Ad-Hoc for Thomas Keller, conceptual designs for Joshua Skenes for Saison 2.0, in San Francisco, CA, and for Curtis Duffy for his new project in Chicago, Illinois.
