Clearly, "a range is a range" does not apply to Viking Commercial. All I had to do was look at the sealed burners and sealed burner bowl to realize that. The cantilevered charbroiler, open-ended salamander, and two-speed convection oven with insulated bottoms are one-of-a-kind. I'm just amazed it has taken the industry this long to get a range with adjustable casters. My hat goes off to Viking Commercial for developing a range that fuses innovation with cleanability and functionality with American robustness.
