  • Standard plate shelf (consult factory for extended plate shelf or belly bar options)
  • Stainless steel exterior finish (consult factory for color exterior options)
  • Legs or casters (consult factory for curb base option)
  • Stainless steel oven interior (consult factory for porcelain oven interior option)
  • Charbroiler with stainless steel radiant and cast iron grates (consult factory for other radiant and grate options)
  • Standard 1-1/4" front gas manifold and 1" rear gas supply connection
  • Inter-plumb kit (AVIP) available for range-mount salamander and cheesemelter
  • Quantities higher than 4 per SKU may result in adjustment to lead time
  • Sealed burner rangetop, charbroiler, griddle, French top, salamander, and cheesemelter are also available as countertop models; simply add countertop legs (AV4CL)
